Prevent bad breath




Required:

toothbrush, toothpaste
floss for cleaning teeth
water
dentist

Preferably:

means for rinsing the mouth
candy that does not contain sugar
gum without sugar
mint candy



1. To prevent the development of bacteria that cause bad breath brush your teeth at least twice a day and clean them with dental floss at least once a day

2. Always after brushing your teeth with the brush clean the top of the tongue

4. Avoid garlic, onion, cabbage, cheese, spicy foods, alcohol and caffeine. If however you fail to resist any of the above items, be prepared to brush your teeth with toothpaste.
