Omega 3 and cardiovascular health


A wide range of health benefits

Omega - 3 fatty acids are associated with a wide range of health benefits, including reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and certain cancers, good development of the fetus during pregnancy, healthy joints and improved behaviour and mood.
